The Junior Co-ordinator

Caron’s role is to look after the interests of our junior members who are important for the future of our club. This is done by:

• Taking a role in the recruitment of new junior members.
• Acting as a contact for new and existing junior members.
• Coordinating activities for junior members and potential members.
• Providing information to junior members.
• Encouraging participation of juniors in regional and club events.
• Ensuring regular reports are submitted to the club committee.
• Ensuring Paddlepower activities are planned and coordinated.
• Promoting volunteer opportunities within the club to young people.
• Liaising with the Welfare Officer to ensure child protection policies are implemented.
