Personal Declaration Form and BCU Coaches and Officials Code of Conduct
OAG is committed to BCU Child Protection Guidelines. If you are a coach / instructor / official / helper with OAG, you are required to read the BCU Coaches and Officials Code of conduct and return the Personal Declaration Form to the Welfare Officer. This requirement is in addition to any CRB checks.
